Aiding Disaster Response

Disaster Imagery

Our novel health risk indices help you identify in advance the health and medical needs of a disaster-impacted population, so you plan for the provisioning of those needs in your disaster response planning process. This will both help response efforts be more efficient – and as the speed of response is critical in an emergency, our solutions will help you save more lives faster.

Developed with the support of FEMA, the USGS, NASA, NOAA, and federal and state emergency management organizations across the country, these indices have been demonstrated for hurricanes, storm surges, wildland fires, floods, droughts, and more. Available as a geospatial layer for integration into an emergency management GIS solution, or as a data download. They can also be quickly customized for your unique use case.
